Prologue :

Hot Kisses around the neck. Hot drops of water. Feelings of Love, Appreciation, and Pleasure.
She sighed while he's kissing her neck "Could life get any better ?"
He stoped and started playing with his nose on hers and chuckled after saying simply "No"

She couldn't think right. Her Mind was racing with thoughts with what she's seeing and just heard "A a good answer would be yes"

She could sense the passion, love, and deep feelings for her in his voice "I just wanna be with you baby"

She knows he's being honest just by the look of his face and the tone of his voice "I'm crazy about you. I'm madly in love with you , otherwise I wouldn't wanna marry you"

She quickly sat from her laying position on the bed and said realizing "What did I do?"

Chapter One :

Feelings of sadness, frustration, and anger for himself rushed through him. He felt like chasing after himself for letting her go. He couldn't seem to concentrate on anything but her words.

"Something you've always dreamed about. Something you've always wanted and longed to have. Something that I would do anything to give to you. She did. She gave it you. She made your dreams come true"

Being here, doing nothing to get her back made him angry at himslef. With a voice filled with determination he said "You're coming home, my love. Home to me"

And so he went in search for his love.



"What a way to break a man's heart. What a way to support him. After all what he's done this is what I do in return. Leave him there with a broken heart and no support. I'm so sorry for what I've done, my love. Please forgive me" Feelings of wanting to do what's right and determination began to grow inside her as she continued on her way back home. Home to him.

Chapter Two :

He searched and searched for countless hours, but with each hour he feels more helpless and less hope. After this long search he couldn't think of anything but being near her, holding her, whispering sweet words to her, and kessing her beautiful lips. So as a last sanctuary he went to their home, that small place that they live in. It might be small, but to them it means everthing. It's the place where they started, the place where they comforted, leaned on, and been a rock to each other, and the place where they made love to one another. It's special to their heart because every moment they spent by themselves in there was special, before and after they happened. As he arrived there, he sat on the couch, closed his eyes, and remembered.

"I'll go wash this" She said hiding her mouth from him.

"No!" As he sat her down "Let me just. Can I have some of that " He said before sucking her mouth and removing the chocolate from all over it. They started to kiss passionately after that.

He kept his eyes closed and thought about that night and how their lives changed in it. How happy they were in it. How playful and filled with joy they were in it. But the sound of her voice which was filled with apologies brought him back "Shawn!".

He rushed to her and kissed her passionately before saying and begging "I've missed you. Don't go! I'm yours, I'll always be".

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to leave you there. I was just so devastated with the news. Please forgive me" She said with regret filled her voice.

"Honey, don't be sorry. I'm the one who should be apologising for letting you believe that I will leave you. Please believe me" Wanting her so badly to believe him.

"I do believe you. I just wasn't sure because you were with her for a very long time, that's all" She said explaining her actions.

"You should have been sure. I should have made it clear that I'm yours. My heart is for you, Baby. It will always belong to you" He purred for her.

She cried, smiled and said "How could I doubt you. How could doubt how you felt after hearing those wonderful words. My heart is for you, Only you"

He kissed her long and hard after hearing her sweet words. he had missed hearing beautiful words coming from her. She always knew how to make him want her more. After releasing her, he rested his forehead against hers and said while breathing heavily "I don't know about you, but I've never wanted you so badly".

"I want you Shawn, Now!"

With those words said, the two just reunited lovers went on another journe of sweet and slow love making.

Chapter Three :

Pacing around the livingroom, feeling nervous and excited at the same time, Shawn began to wonder whether he should do it by himself or ask her for help. He kept pacing and reminding himself "I can do this. I can do this. It's easy. I used to babysit JT and Zack. I can watch over my own child".

He kept repeating those words over and over until someone rang the door bell. He rushed and opened the door to view Belle trying to balance herself with all the stuff while carrying Claire. He reached over and took Claire, he then took some stuff from her and complained "You know, Belle, she's only a month old. She doesn't need all that stuff".

Belle put the rest of the stuff on the kitchen table and said before kissing Claire's cheek and leaving "Don't complain. She will need those. Now, Bye Sweetie. Be good!".

Shawn also put the rest of the stuff on the kitchen table, rested Claire between his arms and said "Hey there, Cutie. You probably don't know me but I'm your Daddy. Yeah, I am. I'm going to try to be the best Daddy for you. I'm going to teach you how to talk, walk and play with the toys that will be buying. I promise that we're going to spend alot of time together, just the two of us. I'm also going to introduce you to a ver beautiful and wonderful woman that you soon going to be your stepmother. Yes, your right, I'm going to marry her. And since me and Mommy live next to each other everytime you feel like coming over, you'll be very welcome to. I'll ask Mimi to decorate her old room for you. And who knows, maybe you two are going to be best friends. I just know that she will love and adore you, just like I do. I promise to always love you, be there for you, and be the best father for you".

Being busy with Claire, Shawn didn't even notice Mimi come in. She stood there with tears falling freely from her eyes, because of what she just heard. She couldn't stop herself from going to him. She went behind him, wraped her arms around him, kissed his cheek and said "Do you know how wonderful you are? And what you just said made even more wonderful".

Shawn tensed when he felt someone's arms wrapped around him. But after hearing her, he relazed and turned around to kiss her before whispering so that he won't wake the now asleep Claire "I'm just trying to be a good Daddy for this precious girl".

"You're going to be a wonderful father" Mimi said taking Claire from him and placing her in her bed.

"Come on! I bet you're hungry" He said leading her to the kitchen.


After enjoying a nice dinner, they settled down on the sofa no talking, just enjoying each other's company. Mimi kept glancing over Claire every now and then and then finally asked the question that has been running through her mind since they got engaged "Shawn, Are you upset, mad, or angry with me?".

"What?!" She took him by surprise with that question. He turned her around and asked "What are you talking about?".

"Are you upset that we can't have children together?" She said not looking at him fearing the worst.

"Of course not. Mimi, what you did was before you and I got together. It's something that I accept and really have no problem with. Mimi, I love you no matter what you can give or can't give for me" He said.

"I love you so much, Shawn" He could sense the appreciation and love in her voice.

With that said, they sat in each other's arms planning and talking about their future together.

Chapter Four :

Flipping through the photo album of her childhood and teenage life, seeing how she changed over the years, looking at pictures of her, Shawn, Belle, and Philip. Mimi's mind began to wonder about the future and what hides behind it. She knows that the future she planned in her head was far from happening. She realizes that Shawn wants to stay close to his daughter and she respect that. She and Shawn have talked about adopting before, but she couldn't help but wonder about how will Shawn treat them. Questions like, will Shawn treat their children different from Claire, or will he treats Claire better, kept running through her head. Thinking about that made her feel sad. She sudden'y slammed the album shut and told herself to stop thinking like that because it won't happen.

Just as she was going to take a shower, she heard Claire cry at Philip and Belle's loft. After a few minutes she began to really become worried about Claire, because she didn't stop crying since she started. Becoming really concerned, Mimi ran to their loft and rang the bell. To her surprise there was no answer even though she knew that Kate was babysitting. Not waiting a minute longer, she opened the door and was surprised to find no one here with the crying Claire. She quickly picked her up and started singing to her softly. When she realized that it was time to feed her, she set the bottle for her and said before putting the bottle in her cute tiny mouth "You're hungry, aren't you sweetie?".

After feeding her and changing her dirty small little outfit, she picked her up and said in a baby-like voice "So, where is your Grandma, huh? She was supposed to be babysitting you tonight. Let's go find her, shall we?".

She started searching the loft, and after not finding a sign of her, she began searching the building for her. When she reached the rooftop and opened the door, she was beyond shocked by what she's seeing. She quickly closed the door before being caught. Her face expressions turned from Shock to tottal digust and said while trying not to think of it "Eeewww!".

She looked at Claire in her arms and said while descending "Well Sweetie, it seems like Grandma Kate is having the time of her life. So is my brother" She sighed.

After putting Claire in her crib, the door opened and in comes Kate. Kate was surprised to see Mimi's here and asked while walking towards Mimi and Claire "Hello, Mimi. What are you doing here?".

"Claire was crying and alone so I came to calm her down. She wasn't crying for a long time though" Mimi said trying not to look at her, because of what she saw.

"Oh, yeah. I wasn't gone for a long time. Just went to the rooftop to talk on the cell, I can hear them better" Kate came up with an excuse.

'I'm sure!' Mimi thought before saying with a voice that sounded like she believed her "Yeah! Well, I should go now. Shawn's going to be home soon, Bye!"

"Good Bye, Mimi" Kate sounding not unusually friendly. And said after watching the door being closed "That girl is such a fool".

Standing in the hallway, Mimi said "'Talking on the cellphone' Yeah, right!"

Chapter Five

Walking in their loft with so much in mind, Shawn was surprised with the look of their small appartment. It was filled with the colour red, the lights are off, but the room was filled with candles. With the look of shock and surprise on his face, he walked to the couch only to find a heart stopping scene before him. A bowl filled with marshmallows, a plate with some cinnamon hearts, and next to it was the most delicious chocolate cake he has ever seen. Placing his helmet on the table, Shawn reached out to take a candy, but quickly jumped back when he heard his mother's shout at him "Don't you dare, Shawn Douglas".

Turning his face to look at her, he said jokingly "Mom, give me a heart attach, will you?"

"Oh hush, I've spent hours making this appratment look romantic and you come and mess it up" Standing infront of him, hands on hips.

"Mom, seriously you didn't really think that I could resist all these goodies, now did you?" Looking at the food feeling more tempted be every passing second.

"Yes, actually I did. I thought since you're an adult now, you'd be able to hold yourself for a couple of hours" She stopped when she realized that his attention was no where near her. "Hello, my face is like here" Pointing at her face.

"Huh? What? What did you say?" Looking at her.

"Ugh!! You Brady men, all you can think of is your stomach".

"Oh, come on Mom. This is like heaven to me. I don't get that everyday" He said complaining.

"Oh, really?! I wonder where will your mind be when you're with her tonight. On the food, or on the zipper of her dress?" She said before smirking at the look of complete shock on his face "Men!!".

"Now, I think you should go up to the roof to have a look, before you won't get the chance to. And so that you won't gasp your heart out when you see it with her. Come one, off you go" She said slightly pushing him towards the window.



Looking at a young couple dancing so close, the woman's head resting peacefully on her lover's shoulder, with her hand on his chest. As he's holding her small hand with his large one, with his arm holding her protectively by the waist. Seeing those two she sighed as the daydreaming land began to take her on a small tour to the fantasy land ...


"Moving so slowly on the dance floor, lost in their own world. Shawn and Mimi were not aware of the eyes that were looking at them, admiring them together. They were wrapped in each other's arms, each protectingly had an arm around the other. Mimi's hand was on his chest, playing softly with it, and the other arm was wrapped around him neck. His hand came in contact with the one on his chest, slowly raising it to kiss each finger of it, as his other arm held on to her body tighter in a more protective way.

She lifted her face to look at him, to see him starring adoringly at her, she sighed and then said "I want to stay like this forever. This is just wonderful".

"You're wonderful. You're my everything, Miriam. Do you know that?" Smiling down at her.

"I do now. And I feel the same way, Shawn" Starting to get emotional.

"I'm glad you do" He whispered on her lips, before kissing hre tenderly and so sweetly"


... She sighed at that image, but quickly got back to reality when her mother stood right infront of her and said in a very angry voice "Mimi!".

"You said something, Mom?" Trying to cover for herself.

"Well, ofcourse not. I mean, I've only been talking to you for the last hour and getting absolutely no reponse from you?!".

Before she got the chance to say something, Bonnie said "Well, you better get going since everything is done in here".

"Ok, Good Night Mom" She said revealed that it was finally the time for her to go home.


Home, the word that kept running through her head during her drive back to the loft. She couldn't wait to be the lady of his house. Oh, How she longed to walk down the isle and say "I do" to him. How she longed for everyone to accept her as his ladylove. How she longed for everyone to stop talking about the past and move on. She quickly ordered herself to stop, ordered herself to stop thinking about others and enjoy what she has. What she has and how that was able to change her whole life. Over the last few months, her life has been perfect with her love. How he managed to change her and himself was beyond her. He managed to change themselves from not wanting to ever fall in love again and living their lives regretting what they've done, to two people enjoying life, moved on, and completely in love with each other. She was sure that her life without Shawn would mean nothing.

Parking in her parking spot, getting inside the building, jumping into the elevator, and walking to their loft, Mimi was glad and happy by what her thoughts led her to. And amazed by what just thinking about him can do to her. Feeling happy and light, she opened the door and gasped.
