Chapter 1

Shawn and Mimi fall in love with each other and they tell each other their REAL feelings. They go out for serveral months and then one night Shawn asks Mimi to marry him! And acorse she says yes! They get married on Valentine's Day, and surprisingly Belle is completely fine with all of it. Mimi and Belle aren't exactly "best friends" again, but they are friends- to a certain extint. Mimi asks Belle to be her maid of honor and she accepts. Shawn asks Philip to be the best man (they aren't "best friends" now either, but Shawn is his daughter's godfather)and he accepts too! Shawn and Mimi get married, and oh yea Chole and Brady are there as well. And Chole is a bridesmaid and Brady is a groomsmen. Shawn and Mimi go off on their honeymoon and when they come back, about a week or so later, Mimi starts feeling sick. She goes to see Dr. Carver and she tells her some amazing news!! Mimi goes home and waits for Shawn to come home. When he gets home she tells him that she needs to talk to him and he asks if she is okay. She says she has something to tell him and its very important. Shawn looks at Mimi with concern in his eyes, afriad to ask what is it that's so important. He gets up the courage to ask, Mimi hesitates. She tells Shawn how for the past week she's been feeling sick and says she went to see Dr. Carver. Shawn asks if she is okay and Mimi just looks at him with tears in her eyes and says that she's pregnant!! Shawn is in a state of awe and is left speachless by Mimi's news! He finally is able to say something. "Are you...but I thought that you...wow..." Shawn can't get what he wants to say out of his mouth! Mimi explains to him that this is a rare thing considering that she was told she could never have children. "Aren't you happy? I mean it is a bit of a shock, but aren't you excited?" Mimi asks Shawn, who is still in shock. "Acorse I'm excited...I'm gona be a father...wow...that sounds really weird! I'm just shocked." Shawn explains to Mimi how he feels about it. "I don't mean to be rude or anything, but are you sure that you're pregnant?" Shawn reluctantly asks. "Yes I'm sure. Lexie said that this can happen. She said something about cells regrowning or something...I really don't remember I was in shock by the news." Mimi says. Shawn and Mimi finish their conversation and decide to celebrate by going out to dinner.

They go out to dinner at Chez Rouge. There they run into Belle and Philip who are celebrateing their wedding anniverary. Philip asks what Shawn and Mimi are doing out, most newly wedds stay at home...to spend time alone together. Shawn can't hold it in any longer. "We're gona have a baby!" Shawn says with excitement. Philip is thrilled that they're gona have a family like he and Belle. Belle looks at Shawn and Mimi and says that she happy for them and can't wait til the baby is born.

Shawn and Mimi are sitting and eating their dinner. All Shawn can talk about is the baby and how he can't wait to be a father..."...I'm so excited I can't wait to see this baby...." Mimi is in another world. She is remembering when she found out that she was pregnant with Rex's baby. Shawn just keeps on talking about their baby.

Philip and Belle are sitting at their table and are talking about Shawn and Mimi's news. Philip asks Belle if she is okay with it all. She says that she is fine, she says that she has everything she ever wanted and that she is happy for Shawn and Mimi. She excuses herself to the restroom. Mimi sees Belle heading to the bathroom and decides to go talk to her.

In the bathroom...Belle is staring at herself in the mirror as Mimi walks in. Belle looks at Mimi and tells her that she is happy for her and Shawn. Mimi asks her if she is really telling the truth. Belle says yes, yes she is. Mimi's not bying it. Belle says that she just hopes that Mimi doesn't abort this baby. Mimi says "I won't, this is a miracle baby, Belle. Lexie said that this is like a one in a lifetime chance thing and I'm not going to mess things up...not like I did the first time." Belle says that she's sorry for asking a question like that. Mimi says it's okay. Belle gives Mimi a hug and says that she is really and truely happy for her and Shawn. Mimi says that she wants Belle to be the godmother and Philip to be the godfather. Belle says yes and gives Mimi another hug.

Chapter 2

We last left off with Belle and Mimi talking in the bathroom at Chez Rouge.


In the bathroom..."So are you sure you're okay with all of this?" Mimi questions Belle. Belle hesitates "...Yea, yea I'm okay with all of it. And besides I'm happyly married with a baby, I couldn't be happier." Mimi says that she's gona get back to get dinner and thanks Belle for being so supportive. Mimi leaves and Belle says to herself "...yea everything is okay, I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful baby girl...Shawn and Mimi are married now and they're gona have a baby...ughh...you know Belle you need to stop thinking about Shawn, you have Philip." Belle wipes the tears off her face, looks in the mirror, makes herself look like she wasn't crying and heads back to her table.

Shawn and Mimi..."So is Belle okay with all of this?" Shawn asks Mimi. "How do you know I was talking to Belle?" "I uh...I saw you follow her to the bathroom." Shawn explains. "Oh...she says she's happy for us and I asked her to be the godmother, I thought that would make her feel better." Shawn looks at Mimi "Well what did she say?" Mimi thinks and then says "She said yes and I also asked her to ask Philip to be the godfather and she said she'd ask him." With a grin on his face, Shawn says "Cool!" They finish their dinner and go home.

Philip talks to Belle and asks her if she is okay, since she has been rather quiet tonight. She says that she is fine, she's just worried about Clarie, but Philip reasures her that Brady and Chloe (yes Brady and Chloe are back) are doing fine with Clarie. Philip knows that's not the only thing that's bothering her. He suggests that they pick up Clarie and go home and she agrees.

At Shawn and Mimi's place...Shawn rabbles on again about becoming a dad, while Mimi remembers the look on Belle's face when she found out that she was pregnant. Shawn asks Mimi if she is okay and she says that she is just tired and is going to bed. Shawn says kind of disapponted "Oh...um okay, well im just gona stay up and watch a little tv, do you wana watch with me?" "Uh...no I'm just gona go to bed, it's be a real long day." says side-track Mimi. They kiss good-night and Mimi goes to the bedroom.

Shawn keeps thinking about becoming a father and can't wait to hold his son or daughter soon. Meanwhile Mimi stares into space and keeps thinking about how this baby will change her whole life. As she crawls into bed she begins to cry as Shawn walks in. "Mimi whats wrong...are you alright?" concerned Shawn asks. Sobbing and trying to get the words out, Mimi tells Shawn that she just can't believe that she is going to have a baby! Shawn gives Mimi a hug and tells her that everything is going to be okay.

Across the hall...Belle puts Clarie down to sleep. "Wow I knew this was going to happen, what did I tell you Belle?" Philip asks with excitiment to Shawn and Mimi news. "Oh um...yea...I guess you were right." Belle says even though she doesn't mean it. As Philip hugs Belle "I always knew that Shawn and Mimi were meant for each other, just like I knew you and I were always meant for each other." Belle just smiles unsure of what to say.

The next day Shawn is up early making breakfast for his wife, Mimi. Mimi comes into the kitchen and asks what he's coming. He says he comes eggs, bacon, and toast. "Mmm sounds good!" Mimi says. Mimi asks Shawn how they're going to tell his parents. She reminds him of what happen when they told them they were getting married. Hope wasn't very happy with the whole thing, but Bo was thrilled. "Ummm...I thinking that we wouldn't tell them!" Shawn jokes. "I'm just kidding, umm...I don't know, did you want to tell them today or did you want to wait?" Shawn looks at Mimi with a smile. "I think the sooner we tell them the better things will be." says Mimi, unsure of what she is getting herself into. "Okay, after breakfast then, we'll go tell my parents and well we won't have a problem telling your mom. She will be more excited than we are." Shawn says.

At Bo and Hope's house...the doorbell rings and Bo opens the door "Aww the newly wedds!" Shawn and Mimi just smile at each other. Bo tells them to come in and asks what they're doing here. Shawn asks where his mother, Hope, is. Hope walks in and says that she is glad to see them. "So whats going on?" Hope asks them. Shawn and Mimi look at each other. "Well mom...dad, um I...we have something to tell you. Um...(he looks at Mimi and smiles) uh...Mimi is...Mimi is pregnant!" Shawn exclaims. Bo and Hope look at each other. "Wow, we're gona be grandparents! Isn't that great Hope?" Bo asks Hope, hoping her reaction will be a good one. "Yea...wow...grandparents! I'm so happy for you two!" Hope says. Shawn, Mimi, and Bo aren't sure of Hope's reaction. Bo and Hope hugs Shawn and Mimi and tell them they are happy for them. They talk about when Shawn was a baby and how excited they all are.

Shawn and Mimi leave to go tell Bonnie, which they both know will be easier than it was telling Shawn's parents. Mimi gives a sigh of releaf, "That went better than I thought." "Yea well I'm sure about my mom, she kinda surpised me with her reaction. I don't know I guess I expected her to go cray." Shawn says remembering his mom reaction. Shawn gives Mimi a kiss and reasures Mimi that everything will be okay.


Next time...Shawn and Mimi tell Bonnie the news, Bo asks Hope if she really is happy that Shawn and Mimi are going to be parents. Belle and Philip have a disagrement about Shawn and Mimi

Chapter 3

Last time....Shawn and Mimi told Bo and Hope that they were going to have a baby.

At Bo and Hope's...."Wow that's some news! I just can't believe that I'm...we're gona be grandparents!" Bo excitingly said to Hope. "Hope, Hope, are you...alright? I know that th-- "I'm thrilled! I can't wait to be a grandma! (Hope laughs at the idea)"Wow a grandma!" says Hope as she interupts Bo. "Are you sure that you're fine?" "Yes! I'm fine, I'm a bit shocked, but I'm okay." Hope says reasuring Bo that she is thrilled that she is going to be a grandma.

Shawn and Mimi arrive at Bonnie's..."Hi mom!" Mimi says to Bonnie. "Oh hi sweetheart, hi Shawn." Bonnie says. "What are you two doing here?" Bonnie asks wondering what's going on. "Ummm...mom, I...we have something to tell you." Mimi says. Bonnie looks at Mimi and then at Shawn. "Is everything alright?" "We're gona have a baby!" Mimi says with excitiment. Bonnie is shocked. "Wow! You two are going to be parents?! And I'm gona be a grandma?!" Bonnie asks in shock. Mimi and Shawn kinda laugh and say yea. Bonnie, Mimi, and Shawn talk about the baby and how excited they are.

At Belle and Philip's Loft...."Wow! I can't believe that Mimi and Shawn are going to have a family just like us." Philip tells Belle. "Yea I know I can't believe it either." Belle says. Philip asks Belle if she is okay since she sounds a little down. She says that she is just tired and is going to put Clarie to bed. She comes back downstairs. "Clarie is finally asleep. I think Brady and Chloe spolied her!" Belle tells Philip. Philip asks Belle is she is happy for Mimi and Shawn. She says she is happy, but she doesn't sound like she is. She tells Philip that she is afraid that Mimi might have an abortion and says that will hurt Shawn. Philip says that she won't because this baby is a miracle for her AND Shawn. Belle seems to think otherwise and isn't too sure. "Belle, trust me, Mimi loves Shawn, I don't think she would do anything to hurt him, okay?!" Philip explains to Belle. Belle says okay, but still seems to think otherwise. They have some coffee and stay up wathching a movie together since it's their annivary.

At Shawn and Mimi's Loft..."Ahhh...this has been some day!" Mimi says who is very exausted. "Yes it has. I'm so tired." Shawn says as he yawns. "You know this baby will changed our whole lives! And I can't wait! I'm so glad I'm finished with school! I don't know what I would do if I was still in school!" Mimi says looking down at her stomache. "Yea, our son is going to change everything." Shawn says hoping the baby will be a boy. "Um...excuse me, but who said this baby is going to be a boy?...I think, no I feel it's a girl!" Mimi laughs. Shawn and Mimi joke about weither their baby is a boy or girl. Shawn hugs Mimi and says "I don't care if it's a boy or a girl as long as it's healthy, that's all that matters to me." "I agree." says Mimi. They finish off their night by watching a movie together.

Ch. 4

We lefted off with Shawn and Mimi telling everyone that they were going to have a baby....

Next morning

Shawn and Mimi's Loft
Mimi is awaken by a big thug. It was Shawn, she walks into the kichen and smells the breakfast that Shawn had cooked. "Hmmm...smells good! I'm so hungry!" Mimi tells Shawn as she piles food on her plate. "Man I should have made more, I didn't think you'd eat that much!" Shawn says as he puts all that's left on his plate. "Hey...you'd be hungry too, if you threw up all your food!" she tells Shawn with a mouth full of food. They both laugh at Mimi. They finish up their breakfast and get ready for the day. Mimi offers to clean up, but Shawn demands that he do it so she can get ready. Mimi heads to bathroom to take a shower when someone knocked at the door. "I'll get." she said. She oped the door and Belle was standing at the door with a very undefined look on her face. Mimi looked at Belle then at Shawn. "What's wrong Belle?" Mimi asked with a concered voice. "I need to talk to you, Mimi." she barely said without breaking down. "Um...okay...come in." she said as she let Belle in. Belle didn't even put thought to saying anything to Shawn. "I'm gona go and get in the shower...do you two need anything?" Shwan said wondering what was going on, but he knewn he needed to let them talk. "No we're fine" they said waiting for him to leave. "Okay Belle, whats wrong? Is everything okay with you?" Mimi asked as she began to cry. "Mimi don't cry, I just need to tak to a friend right now, I can't talk to Philip, he wouldn't understand and..." Mimi cut in "....sorry I'm just a little emotional right now, so what's going on?" she said through her sobs. Belle hesitated "...I...uh...well...I'm...I'm..." she hesitated again, afriad to say what was wrong. "...Mimi, I'm pregnant, and I don't want to be...well right now...having one baby right now is enough...i can't have two...I can't do it...I just..." Belle finally said as she broke down. "Belle, just stop, everything it going to be okay. I promise you everything will be alright. Breathe okay. Now tell me why you don't want to be pregnant." Mimi said trying to comfort her. " It's not that I don't want to it's just that I can't handle another baby right now!" she said through her tears.

Belle and Mimi talked and cried a little more and finally sorted things out and Belle went back across the hall. Little did they know that Shawn was listening the whole time.

Next time...Shawn asks Mimi what she and Belle talked about
Belle tells Philip how she feels about the baby

Ch. 5

At Mimi and Shawn's Loft
Shawn comes out from his room...."What were Belle and you talking about?" Shawn asks as he looks at Mimi knowing its something big. "...um...it was nothing, really" Mimi says not sure if she did the right thing by not telling Shawn about the baby. "Mimi, I know its more that just nothing, come on, please tell me, I won't tell Belle that you told me, please?" Shawn begged his wife. "I don't know if I should, I mean it's a thing between me and Belle." "Please Mimi, please!" Shawn begged again, hoping to get an answer. Mimi hesitated... "....well..um...she...um...she's pregnant again!" She finally said. She couldn't look at Shawn but she could sense that he was looking at her. "...oh...ok" that was all that came out of Shawn's mouth was oh ok. Mimi looked at him unsure of what was going on in his head. Mimi went up to Shawn and looked in his soft brown eyes and said "Are you okay?" "Yea, I'm fine, we're gona have a baby of our own, I'm cool!" Shawn said as he was staring into space. "Everything is going to be okay....I promise." Mimi reasures Shawn.

Belle and Philip's Loft
Philip is just getting home....."Hey sweatheart, how are you and Clarie today?" He greeted Belle as he walked in the door of their loft. "...um...good...I have something to tell you...um..." Belle began. "What is it?" Philip asked, concerned. "...um....I'm pregnat...again!" Belle said as she seemed to be releaved. She looked at Philip...he was in shock. "haha...another baby...wow this is great...a family like we've always wanted!" Philip said with joy and excitement! "But Philip, I don't wana be pregnant right now...I mean one child is enough for right now, I don't know If I can handle two!" Belle said as she started to cry. "What, we can do this, and you know what you and Mimi can be pregnant together, that's gota be fun, being pregnant the same time your best friend is!" Philip says as he tries to make Belle feel better. Philip gives Belle a hug hoping that will make things better. Belle just cries in his arms.....

Next time...Mimi goes to the doctor and finds out some very interesting news that shocks Shawn, Philip,and Belle

Ch. 6

New Day in Salem...it's December 10th

Mimi and Shawn's Loft
"Mimi, Mimi, get up, you're be late for your doctor's appointment!" Shawn yelled from the kitchen. Mimi, half asleep, walked into the kitchen, rubbing her eyes. "uh" Mimi groaned as she didn't want to be awake. "We have to leave for the doctors in like an hour!" Shawn said hoping that would wake her up. "Oh my goodness, are you serious!! Ahhh...I haven't even taken a shower yet...oh my goodness, why didn't you wake me up sooner??" Mimi said as she piled her plate up with eggs, bacon, and toast. "I tried, you wouldn't wake up...you sleep like a rock!" Shawn said as he started to laugh. "haha...not funny!" Mimi said as she stared at him with a mouth full of food.

They finish up their breakfast, which was made by Shawn, and then head over to the hospital for the doctor's appointment

At the hospital...."If you just have a seat, Dr. Craver will be with you shortly." the assistant said. "What's wrong Shawn, are you okay?" Mimi asked as she began to laugh because of the face Shawn made. "Yea...I'm fine...I just thought about how we're about to find out if we're going to have a girl or boy and that's kinda scary!" Shawn said with fear in his voice. "Oh, its gona be okay...I promise...whatever it is, we are going to love it with all our hearts." Mimi said trying to reasure Shawn that there's nothing to be scared of.

Mimi and Shawn are called back to Lexie's office...."Well lets get started." Lexie said. Mimi layed down on the bed...for the examination. "Oh god!" Lexie said as she looked at the screen. "What?!" Mimi and Shawn both said wondering what was going on. "Um...I have something to tell you two...Shawn, you might want to sit down because what I'm about to tell you is going to shock you." Lexie said with excitement in her voice.
"I don't know how this is possible, but apparently it is..." Lexie began. "I'm just gona say it...you're going to have twins!!" Lexie said as she began to laugh. Mimi was too excited to say anything. Shawn says "tw...tw..twins...we...you mean me and Mimi..." "Um..yea you and Mimi." Lexie said as she laughed at how shocked Shawn was.

Twins...hmm...interesting

Next time...Mimi and Shawn tell Belle and Philip their great news....Mimi has to be rushed to the hospital after she was involved in an accident

Ch. 7

At the hospital.....Mimi and Shawn are about to leave when Belle calls Mimi to find out how her doctor's visit went. "Hello?" Mimi says. "Belle, oh my goodness guess what??" Mimi says with a big smile on her face. "I'm gona have twins!!!" Mimi says, almost yelling it. Mimi finishes talking to Belle and then hangs up and asks Shawn if he is okay. He says he is. Mimi asks him if he wants to go to Chez Rouge tonight with Belle and Philip. Shawn says, "um..yea sure." Mimi looks at him, "Are sure you’re okay, Shawn?” “Yea…I just…can’t believe we’re gona have twins!”

Later….Mimi and Shawn go to Chez Rouge to meet Belle and Philip. They chat and enjoy dinner together. Belle thinks the she and Philip should leave to go pick up Claire from Brady and Chloe’s house. They leave and Mimi and Shawn finish up their dinner and leave too. “Shawn do you want me to drive?” Mimi ask trying to make him relax and feel better. “No…no I’ll drive.” Shawn says not too sure of his answer. “Ok…are you sure?” Mimi asks. “Yea I’m sure.” Shawn says as he gets into the car. It begins to snow and it is getting tough to see. “Ah man…I can barely see anything.” Shawn says as he leans forward trying to see the car in front of him. “Do you want me to drive?” Mimi asks. “No, I’ll be fine.” Shawn says trying to focus on driving and getting home. “Oh my god….Shawn look out….haaaaaaaaaaaaa……” Mimi says as she screams. Shawn couldn’t see and he crashed into a tracker-trailer. “Oh my god….Mimi…Mimi…are you okay…oh my god…” Shawn said as he dials 911.

At the hospital…Shawn is pacing around waiting to hear news on Mimi. Belle and Philip arrive. “Shawn….are you okay…we got your message. Where’s Mimi?” Belle says as she begins to cry. “Oh my god…is she okay…” Belle says before Shawn could say anything. Philip tries to comfort his wife, but she continues to cry. “Belle I’m sure that Mimi is going to be fine, and the babies.” Philip says trying to reassure her. Lexie comes out with news….”Shawn, can I talk to you for a few minutes?” Lexie says with a shaky voice. “Is she okay, can I go in and see her, is she awake, what’s going on?!” He said as he began to cry. “Shawn you are going to have to clam down before I can tell you anything ok.” Lexie says as she tries to clam Shawn down. “Ok…I’m okay now.” “Well, Mimi has a few cuts and burses. She has a few broken bones in her ankle and she is still unconscious.” Lexie says. “What about the babies, are they okay?” Shawn says with tears in his eyes. “They are fine; they’re probably just scared right now with all of this going on.” Lexie says as she smiles. “Oh God thank you….thank you.” Shawn says as he hugs Lexie, like she saved them. Shawn goes to tell Belle and Philip the news. “They’re all ok. Mimi just has some cuts and bruises and some broken bones in her ankle, but she and the babies are okay. She is still unconscious, so only I can go in and see her, I’ll tell her that you two are here.” Shawn says as he walks away to go see Mimi.


Next time…Mimi wakes up and remembers everything but what happened the night before…Shawn tries to help her remember.

Ch. 8

At the hospital...beep beep beep...Shawn was laying in the chair sleep, in Mimi's hospital room. Mimi woke up and looked around and called Shawn. "...Shawn...Shawn...." Mimi said as she was very confused. "..uh...what...Mimi oh my goodness!" Shawn said as he practically jumped out the chair. "Mimi, you're awake...thank God!!" Shawn said as he kissed Mimi forehead. "Wait, what am I doing here...what happened?" Mimi asked with a confused look on her face. "You don't remember what happened last nite?" Shawn said as he could remember every minute of it. "No what happened?" Mimi said. Shawn was about to tell Mimi what had happened the nite before when Lexie came in. "Good morning you two!" Lexie said. "I'm glad to see that you're awake Mimi. How do you feel?" Lexie asked Mimi. "Well I feel fine, but why am I here?" Mimi asked as she looked at Shawn and Lexie. Shawn pulled Lexie aside and asked her why Mimi doesn't remember the nite before. Lexie explained to Shawn that she might have hit her head on something and damaged part of her brain, but the memory lost is only temporary. Shawn gave a sigh of relief. Shawn explained to Mimi what happened and why she was there. Later Belle, Philip, Bonnie, Patrick, Billie, and Bo and Hope came to see Mimi. They were all glad that she was doing better and would go home soon.

The next morning... Mimi was able to go home. She and the babies were fine and in stable condition to leave. That nite, Belle and Philip came over to Shawn and Mimi's and made them dinner. They finished up dinner and Belle and Philip went home. Shawn and Mimi watched a movie together and fell asleep on the sofa. The next morning Shawn had gotten up early to make Mimi some breakfast. She woke up and she could remember everything, but she said that she felt very sore but she was okay. And she was glad that she and the babies were okay and alive!

Next time...Belle and Mimi go to the doctor to find out the sex of their babies. Mimi is surprised when she finds out they she is going to have.....you will just have to wait and find out what she is surprised about

Ch. 16

Belle and Philip’s Loft- “Hey guys! Oh let me help you.” Philip said as he opened the door. “So how's the parenting life going for ya?!” Philip said as he took the babies’ bag from Mimi’s hand. Shawn and Mimi looked at each other and signed before they answered. “Well,” Shawn started off. “It’s definitely a challenge with two babies, but it’s so great to wake up and hold them and comfort them because you’re their only hope to stop crying.” Shawn said as he smiled.
“Well we’re glad you guys could come over. I know that you have been up probably all night so Belle and I thought we would fix you two breakfast. And Claire really wanted for you two to come over.” Philip says. “Thank you. Yea we have been up practically all night.” Mimi says as she rocks Shawn Jr. to sleep.
They all sit down to breakfast and chat a while.
“So what do you two have planned for today?” Belle asks Shawn and Mimi. “Uh..well I was going to stay home and relax and take care of the babies and Shawn unfortunately is going to work.” Mimi said as she shows disappointment. “Well I too have to go to work today, how about you stay here today with Belle?” Philip asks. “Um..well I could use the help, but only if you two don’t mind.” Mimi says. “No, of course not. I’d love to have you and the babies over and I think Claire would love it too.” Belle says as she smiles at Claire.
“Okay well I’ll go get ready for work and I will bring the rest of their stuff over. I’ll be back in a little bit.” Shawn says as he kisses Mimi’s forehead.
“I should be getting ready too.” Philip says as he heads upstairs.
“Do you want me to help you with the dishes?” Mimi asks Belle as she picks up the glasses. “Oh no I’m fine, you’re a guest.” Belle says as she takes the dishes to the kitchen. “Are you sure? I don’t mind helping.” Mimi says as she tries to help Belle. “No, I got it. I’m sure you’re tired. You just sit and relax. Today is your day off.” Belle says as she gives Mimi a hug.
Belle clears the table and sits down beside Mimi and feeds Connor. “So how do you like being a parent?” Belle asks Mimi as she watches Mimi hold Shawn Jr. “Well, so far it has been, like Shawn said, a challenge. But I love Makayla and Shawn Jr. more than anything, so I would say that having to get up at 3 o’clock in the morning, isn’t as bad as you think. And with Shawn, well, let’s just say he’s not a morning person!” Mimi says as she grins.

Next time...the weather in salem has gotten Shawn and Philip stuck at work and Mimi and Belle stuck at home with the babies. Belle and Mimi have a very interesting conversation. What does Belle say to Mimi that gives her the shock of her life?

Ch. 17

At the Loft- Mimi sits down after feeding the babies and turns on the TV. “…this a very serious condition…I repeat, do not leave wherever you’re at, the largest snow storm that Salem has ever had is going to hit. Do not leave where you’re at. If you’re outside stay some place where it’s warm and has shelter. We don’t know how long this precaution will be in affect. Even if you are in an apartment building, do not leave your apartment, even to go to someone else apartment. It could be very dangerous.” the news man said.“Oh my gosh! Belle! Belle! Come down here quick!” Mimi yelled. “What, what is it?” Belle said as she ran down stairs. “Look, we’re stuck here because of the snow storm.” Mimi said as she pointed to the TV. “Oh my gosh…Philip!” Belle said as she began to become worried. “I need to call Philip, he needs to get home..” Mimi cut her off “Belle, we cant leave, no one can. He’s gona be stuck at work.” Mimi said. Mimi phone rang. It was Shawn calling to check on Mimi and the babies. “We’re fine. Have you been watching the news? Oh good. Stay safe, I love you.” Mimi said as she hung up. “I cant reach Philip! Oh my god what if something happened to him!” Belle said as she started to panic. “Belle, relax. Shawn said that was there with him. He had to deliver something to the shop and he’s there with Shawn. He said that he loves you and to stay safe. Shawn said that his battery on his phone is just about dead so he wont be able to call us any time soon, but he will try to use someone else’s phone.” Mimi said.

“Okay, um…did you want something to eat or drink?” Belle said as she went toward the kitchen. “Oh, no I’m fine. I’m just gona watch the news and see what’s doing on.” Mimi said as she sat back down on the sofa. “If you don’t mind, I’m gona go back upstairs and rest.” Belle said as she made her way upstairs. “Uh…okay, are you okay?” Mimi asked as she was concerned. “Yea I’m fine. I’m just tired and Connor and Claire need their naps.” Belle said. “Okay. Well if you need anything just let me know.” Mimi said.

Belle made her way upstairs and walked around her bedroom. “Oh my gosh! I can’t believe Philip is stuck at work. Well at least he’s safe and with Shawn.” Belle said to herself. “If anything ever happened to him…I don’t know what I would do, he means more than he knows to me. Oh god, please keep Shawn safe.” Belle said as she looked toward the ceiling. She didn’t even realize that she had said Shawn instead of Philip. She walked toward the window, looked back at Claire silently sleeping on her bed and Connor sleeping peacefully. She then opened the window, graped her coat and climbed out the window. She slowly shut it behind her. She was headed to the roof.

She walked around the roof before she began talking to herself again(she definitely like her sister Sami lol) She looked at the door where she and Shawn had carved their initials into it years ago. She began to cry. (the usual Belle stuff) “How could I have let you go! How could I just let you marry Mimi when I know, I know in my heart that you love me! Oh god, what I have I done?” she bowed her head in her hands and sobbed. “what was I thinking? Giving you and Mimi my blessing? How stupid am I to let you go?” she herd Connor crying on the baby monitor and figured she should go back inside before Mimi found out where she was. She crawled back into the window and shut it and brushed off the show on her coat and hair. She then picked Connor up and looked at him and started to rock him back and forth. Then she began to cry. Mimi walked up and saw Belle crying. “Belle, what’s wrong” Mimi said with concern in her eyes. “Oh, it’s nothing, nothing.” Belle said as she wiped her eyes. “Belle, I’m your best friend, I’ve known you since kindergarten, I know you all too well.” Mimi said. Belle looked at Mimi and then said, “I..I don’t know how to tell you this, but…I…I love someone more than I love Philip.” Mimi looked at her with shock. “Belle, what are you talking about? How could you love someone else more than Philip? Who is this person?” Mimi said with curiosity. “I love Shawn more than Philip!” Belle said as she put Connor back in his bed. “What?!” Mimi said as her hurtful eyes searched Belle face for some kind of answer. “I said…I love Shawn more than I love Philip.” Belle said as she looked Mimi in the eyes. “I…I can’t believe this! You…you said that you were over Shawn, that you didn’t love him like you use to anymore! I can’t believe what I’m hearing, no actually I…I really can. I knew that you weren’t over Shawn! I knew it!” Mimi said as she paced around the room. “Wait Mimi, there’s more. I have to be totally honest with you.” Belle said. “I was going to stop Shawn from marrying you, but Caroline stopped me and convinced me to do the ‘right thing’. But I didn’t do the right thing. And I should have stopped the wedding!” Belle said as she walked out the room. “What?! Where are you going? Wait I’m not finished!” Mimi yelled to Belle. Mimi sat down on the bed to gather her thoughts. “I knew this was going to happen! Ahhh…” Mimi buried her face in her hands and began to cry.

Mimi got herself together and walked slowly downstairs to talk to Belle. “Belle, you and I need to talk.” Mimi said as she walked toward Belle. “I…I am hurt that you feel that way, but Shawn and I share two wonderful children together and so do you and Philip.” Mimi began, but Belle interrupted her. “I know, I know, but I just cant help that way I feel.” Mimi looked at her and began to get even more upset. “No Belle, you can help it! You never wanted me with Shawn! I know you didn’t! But you had your chance! You could’ve had Shawn if you didn’t marry Philip, even after that you could’ve had him, but you had Claire and Connor and now there’s no way that you could ever have Shawn.” Mimi said in frustration.
“Yes, yes there is.” Belle said. Mimi looked puzzled. “Shawn is Claire’s father and WE will be a family!” Belle said. “What the hell are you talking about? PHILIP is Claire’s father, Belle!” Mimi said. “No, no he’s not! Shawn is!” Belle said as she threw down the papers she had in her hand. “How, how do you know this?” Mimi questioned. “I just feel it! He’s so good with her and I feel this connection with him and Claire feels it too.” Mimi began to laugh at how stupid she thought all this was. “Belle, what the hell are you on? Are you drunk, high? What the hell is up with you?” Mimi said as she continued to laugh. “What, what are you laughing at?” Belle said. Mimi continued to laugh. “d**n it! What the hell are you laughing at? I should be laughing at you because you’re the bitch!” Belle said as she began to get angry. “Do not call me a bitch! I’m laughing at you because you’re so d**n high off some drugs that god knows where you got, that you actually think that Shawn is Claire’s father! You really need to go upstairs and go to bed.” Mimi said as she pulled Belle upstairs. “No!” Belle was helpless. She just let Mimi pull her up the stairs. Mimi helped Belle on the bed and headed toward the door. “You’ll be sorry Mimi Brady! I will get Shawn back, one way or another! He will be mine!” Belle said as she drifted off to sleep.

“Mimi…Mimi! Wake up! There’s a big snow storm, and we’re stuck here for a while. Shawn called. He’s fine and Philip is with him.” Belle said as she brought Mimi some hot tea. “Oh thank you. Agh! I had the worst dream ever!” Mimi said as she fixed herself up. “Oh did you want to talk about it?” Mimi looked Belle hard in the face. “Uh…no it was really rather pointless.” Mimi said as she sipped her tea.

Next time....Shawn and Philip sneak out of the shop and head home.
