A little shorter of a chapter. I didnt want to keep you guys waiting for too long so I wrote a little bit.
Chapter 5
Mimi decided to stay in Salem for her son’s sake. A part of her really still wanted to run away and not look back but she realized that would be the most selfish decision she could ever make. So she told herself she would stick it out. She and Phillip had been getting along better, he was a great dad and he really helped Mimi out. Even Belle had been acting friendly to her and giving her tips on how to be a mother. Though there was one person who she had become especially closer too over the past few weeks…Shawn Brady. Shawn would come over sometimes when Belle and Phillip would be working and he would help her with Jacob, they would talk a lot…about the future, sometimes the present, but they always seemed to go down memory lane every time. Every time something happened, even if it was between all four of them, Mimi and Shawn would always have a “Remember when?” in their conversation. She didn’t realize it till now but she was slowly falling back in love with Shawn Brady…

Phillip was sitting in his office working on some projects when Belle asked him to go to lunch. Belle had been working at Titan for a few weeks now in the fashion department, she was glad that her and Phillip could establish a friendship and be able to go out together without arguing.
“Sure Belle. I’ll meet you down in your office in a few minutes.” Phillip said
When Phillip got there Belle was ready to go, she was wearing a black fitted suit that Phillip thought looked amazing on her. He missed being with her even if she didn’t love him as much as Shawn. Things were different now, Belle constantly asked him about Shawn and Mimi and if they were always together, and he could tell that Belle hated it and was beginning to lose her trust in Shawn. Phillip found this as the perfect opportunity to get Belle to love him like he loves her. ‘I have got to think of a way to get Belle from Shawn’ Phillip thought.

Mimi had been given her mother house, though she hated being there it was still a place with everything she needed. There was a knock at the door and when she opened it there was Shawn…
“Hey… you’re early.” Mimi said
“Yeah…I…was bored with waiting so I thought I would just come over early.” Shawn said with his infamous Brady grin.
“Well…I am not complaining.” Mimi said with a smirk. She knew this was wrong, she and Shawn flirted constantly and she told herself she would never come between Belle and Shawn again, but how do you do that when you are right back in love with him? She decided to keep those feelings to herself because Shawn would never return them.
As Shawn watched Mimi get Jake’s things together he was watching her in awe. She was already a pro at this stuff. She was wearing a dark wash of jeans that fit her perfectly, and cream shade sweater that gave you a peek of her cleavage, and some black boots that made her a little taller, he knew she hated her height. It was then that Shawn realized how much he still loved her. Sure he loved Belle but that love was just more of a compassionate love, not a love that a husband should have for his wife. Though Shawn did have that kind of love in his life….he had it with Mimi.
‘I have got to figure out a way to get Mimi back’ Shawn thought.
