Or is it just me? LOL.

I'm completely serious, though. The same repetitive crap day after day with no promise of storylines ever actually moving forward.

TIIC were right on with Shimi, which was evidenced by the amount of support surrounding this pairing -- notably in the scenes where they were alone and Jason and Farah were left to just be with the chemistry they possess.

Now the writers feel the need to inject all this tedious, far-fetched, implausible drama into virtually every storyline. And what's happening? Ratings are dropping and fans are pissed.

Honestly, if they could come up with some well thought out, well written drama, then I could get behind that. They were kind of on their way with the Zach storyline, but once again, the writers proved themselves incapable of basically anything by destroying that story while it was still in its prime. Billie and Chelsea plotting to keep Bo and Hope apart during one of the most tragic times in their lives: the death of their child?! Billie's always been kind of a bitch, but I would've never considered her heartless. Same goes for Chelsea.

Carrie/Austin/Lucas/Sami. WOW. I'm actually kind of insulted by this storyline because it is practically the exact same one that they used -- with the same characters -- about 7-8 years ago. I admit, I was kind of excited about it because I figured that it would be more a war of companies followed by the progression of certain relationships as opposed to what it actually is: a display of the complete lack of maturity and growth of every character in this storyline.

John/Marlena/Alex/Crazy lady. WTF. And that's about all I have to say about that one.

URGH. This show frustrates the hell out of me.

Yes it does and how sad that is. This show had so much potential a few months ago. They finally turned the corner and on the way to a "can't miss" show. Now, it bores me to tears. I almost can't even bear to watch Shimi. I feel as if the writing is on the wall. I hate to be negative but it's as if the show isn't even invested in Shimi at all. There's no steam with them. There's no comedy with them. Why ?

they aren't creative so they need to recycle...maybe that's the problem? Well Shimi rocks but look what they are doing? Too many people were watching them and fell in love so that means we must destroy because heaven forbid people will actually watch the show then! sorry I'm in a funky mood right now and really angry about how they are writing this story about Mimi keep this secret from Shawn.
