UGGHHH I HATE Belle .. For the love of God stop whining and being controly and let the guy move on .. You know just like you did with that stupid , clueless husband of yours ... The same thing .

okay dont get me wrong but i think belle really does love philip, but she will "always care and love shawn" the same with him. BUT now that she found out that shawn is gona marry mimi and has moved on with his life and isnt gona "wait" (like he could "wait" for her anyway) for her, she gets all mad because shawn doesnt wana be with her anymore and the old shawn is gone and there's a new shawn. she just cant let him be and let him move on...she has to hurt him even more! shawn realized that bellle and philip belong together and belle and shawn were in the past, they were each other's first loves and thats the end of that! shawn gets that but belle just doesnt! she sees mimi and shawn together, but shes still not getting it! she just needs to stay with her husband and take care of her baby and let mimi and shawn live their lives happly together and not butt in! thats just how i feel about belles crazy feelings! i cant stand them! she's become...ahhhh i dont know but she's really starting to get on my nerves!  |

I totally agree!! Belle just needs to back off....she was the one that married phillip before telling him and shawn how she really felt...and i agree with you shimifan5 that deep down belle really does love phillip and now that shawn and mimi are getting married i pray that she doesnt to anything stupid to get in the way of their happiness

Belle wants to have her cake and eat it too. She wants Philip and "their" baby but Shawn on the side. She's happy as long as Shawn is miserable and pining for her all the days of his life. What's kind of a <insert naughty word here> is she? She's selfish and whiney and in my opinion both Shawn and Philip would be better off without her! For the fun of it lets compare Mimi and Belle. Belle finds out Shimi's engaged, she suddenly wants him again and confesses she still loves him...whine, whine, whine....blah blah blah. You get the point? Now Shawn tells Mimi his dream where Zach tells Shelle that they are meant to be together. Mimi says I guess that's it then, you two belong together and that means we can't be together. She was WILLING to give up Shawn when she thought he was meant to be with someone else. That is love, not what selfish poor me Belle thinks love is. Anyone else agree with me or am I'm just a crazy nut?  -Joise |

Joise, you're dead on! I couldn't agree more.
I think the scene with Shawn telling Mimi about the rest of his Zach dream was really telling, and a definite indicator to the audience about who the best person for Shawn is. I'm becoming more and more convinced that Shimi is in for the long haul and that TPTB really are invested in them.
Just like you said, Joise, Mimi was willing to set aside her love for Shawn so that he could be with whom ever he wanted -- whether or not that meant her, it didn't matter because she (unlike Belle) truly loves him and is willing sacrifice her happiness for his.
Belle, on the other hand, needs to have every single thing her little heart desires. She doesn't care about hurting Philip, hurting her best "friend" Mimi, or hurting Shawn. She wants what she wants and it doesn't matter who's hurt because of it. IMHO, at this point if she goes after Shawn that will be a true indicator of her selfishness. And quite honestly, I highly doubt Shawn's going to want to get tangled in her web of lies and deceit again.

Amen to that Nicole! Mimi is obviously the better choice for Shawn and TPTB hopefully know that and won't waste the investment they made on Shimi. Because they are the better and ONLY choice.

Shawn and Belle mistake the love they HAD for current love. Its over. Treasure your past sure but dont try to relive it. It didn't work out so well the first time.

I really did like Belle. She was given so many chances to decide who she wanted to be with (the latest in Germany when Philip told her that he would let her go if that's what she really wanted) but she still chose Philip. Also there is something else I heard Belle tells Caroline that I don't see here. Please let me know if I can post it.

According to Fridays previews from EE, Belle also tells Caroline she wants Shawn to be the father.
