I'm sure by now most of you have heard that Billie tells the cops that she was the one driving Bo's car and killed Zach.
Apparently during the week of Jan. 23, Bo demands that Chelsea and Billie tell the truth, but can't force the issue.
Personally, I think it is sooo selfish that Chelsea is actually letting Billie take the fall for this. How could she let her mother be convicted of vehicular homicide for a crime that she committed!? Seriously! Obviously Billie is being completely selfless and is doing whatever she can to keep Chelsea out of trouble, like most mothers would, but the fact that Chelsea actually let's her mom take full responsibility for her reckless actions is just so beyond me!
