In today's show Mimi tried to talk to Shawn about going to college but she respected his decision (to some degree) but also backed off when he asked her too. Belle and Hope were being hostile about it so now wonder why he finds it easier talking to Bo and Mimi about it because they aren't telling him what to do only saying what they think would be best and supporting him. But when Hope said "would you say the same thing if he wanted to jump off a cliff" or something similar to that line. Not going to college does not mean the end of your life. Shawn has a chance at being a partner with Max, not just a mechanic, which there is nothing wrong with that either. Shawn said he was giving up Hope's dream for his own...Mimi made the valid point of doing his dream but finishing college too. The point which made me most angry at Hope (which usually I like Hope) but she went too far when she said that she thinks Mimi is a bad influence on Shawn after praising her for taking the time off to save money so she could go back to college. That just made me so angry. Mimi is a good and supportive friend and I think she's an excellent influence on Shawn. If she made him realize what his dreams were and not someone else's dreams for him than more power to her!
On a side note, wasn't there costumes so adorable together. Jason looked hot today as Tarzan and when it said. Me Tarzan you Jane. Take vine and swing to backroom to get warm. I nearly died laughing and rewound to hear it again.
